The one piece smartSYNC cartridge system offers gouging, drag & mechanical cutting options, the Sync plasma auto identifying which process is being undertaken. SmartSYNC simplifying your stock requirements and reduces the need for operator training. Cartridges are colour coded for according to process, amperage & application.
Legacy Powermax 45XP, 65, 85 & 105 systems & can be adapted to Duramax torches, using the Hypertherm Duramax SYNC adapter, meaning your existing plasma cutter can keep up with the times.
A card reador can also be fitted, so analysis can be performed on the cartridge around starts, arc on time & remaining consumable life. Data is viewed via a Hypertherm app.
